LOCATION
The Property
Where fragrant soaps were once produced, now creatives, consultants, and artisans are based: In 1905, the soap manufacturer Rudolf Herrmann first built a commercial building in Berlin-Kreuzberg. In 1911, the trading company Hentschel & Co. joined with their company representation on the property.
The typically historic commercial structure is currently being supplemented with ultra-modern, sustainable new buildings in hybrid timber construction.
In the FRAMEZ project development, a characteristic façade design with a complex interior and courtyard situation meets individual and flexible utilisation units. Green roof terraces and equally beautifully designed balconies and inner courtyards invite you to linger, brainstorm or have a small talk. And beforehand, of course, for a relaxed viewing.
