The Property
Built in the 19th century in the typical style of industrial architecture, the halls and buildings of Gebauer Courtyards in Berlin-Charlottenburg were once part of a textile and machinery factory. Today, the distinctive old buildings with wide, historic brick facades are complemented by two modern office buildings – a top property of GSG Berlin, located near Ernst-Reuter-Platz.
The office and commercial buildings contain rental units with commercial spaces ranging from 70 to 900 square meters. These are suitable as offices, business premises, workshops, and production spaces. Here, various industries have settled – a fashion school, the Art Directors Club, a store for golf accessories, a coffee roastery, lawyers, and a beach bar.
A special highlight of this building ensemble is the incomparable view of the River Spree.
