The Property

Classic factory floors with three to five floors and single-story workshop halls with spacious interior areas: that was the requirement for the buildings that were constructed on behalf of the Hermann Meyer AG food retail company in Berlin-Wedding. In the 1950s, a new building by architects Schwebes and Schossberger was added. In the 1990s, the area was expanded again with another building.

Today, the building ensemble is a listed commercial courtyard of GSG Berlin with a total of 40 rental units, where service providers, craftsmen, and technicians of all kinds have settled. The spaces, ranging from 63 to 1,050 square meters, are versatile and can be used as retail space, office or production areas, as well as workshops.
