The Property
The buildings at Franklinstraße 27 were built between 1896 and 1898 on behalf of Siemens AG. Later, the complex was acquired by Osram GmbH and sold to GSG in 1969. From 1975 to 2016, it served as the headquarters for GSG Berlin. Today, a communication agency is located here. The building is a listed monument.
Today, a communication agency is located in the Franklinstraße 27 premises. In the immediate vicinity, well-known companies such as Volkswagen AG and the Fraunhofer Institute have settled. The Technical University of Berlin and the University of the Arts are also located nearby. The Spree River is just a few meters away and invites you to linger during your lunch break.
