LOCATION
The Property
High up in the north, in the picturesque Buchholz neighborhood of the Berlin district of Pankow, lies the econopark Pankstraße. At the end of the 19th century, a leather goods factory was built on the site, located directly on the Panke River. Today, a diverse mix of companies work in the same place where leather goods were once produced, including security technicians, producers of endoscopic devices, courier and logistics companies, as well as music producers and suppliers of workwear.
The eight striking red brick buildings comprise 221 rental units that can be used in a highly variable way, whether it’s an office or commercial space starting at 50 square meters or commercial spaces between 90 and 500 square meters.
