You will support us in evaluating real estate projects and turning ideas into concrete projects that strengthen our locations in the long term.

From the initial idea to planning and implementation, we take charge of project management – with clear standards for costs, deadlines and quality. In close cooperation with authorities, banks, architects and specialist planners, we coordinate approvals, tenders and construction implementation.

This creates sustainable, future-proof spaces that meet the needs of our tenants, preserve the identity of our courtyards and at the same time open up new perspectives for Berlin.

We in Property Management are the link between people, properties and partners – and we make sure that everything runs smoothly.
As the central point of contact for our tenants, we manage our properties with dedication and expertise: we draw up tenancy agreements, coordinate service providers and keep track of all contractual agreements. Our daily tasks also include operating cost accounting, master data maintenance and invoice processing – as well as the personal handover and return of our properties on site.

Working closely with rent accounting and invoicing, we ensure that all booking and payment transactions are processed correctly. We take care of deposits, receivables management and dunning procedures, and provide support with quarterly and annual financial statements.

In short, we keep operations running smoothly – in a structured and reliable manner, with a clear focus on our tenants.

In the Asset Management & Leasing division, two specialised teams work towards a common goal: to successfully develop our real estate portfolio.
Our asset managers maintain a strategic overview of the big picture. They manage the performance of our properties, identify potential for value enhancement and serve as key contacts for owners and existing tenants.
Our leasing managers bring new tenants to our properties. They market the properties, conduct viewings and negotiations, and accompany the entire process through to the conclusion of the contract – in close cooperation with all relevant departments.
Both teams have different areas of focus, but they work together towards the same goal: strong properties, satisfied tenants and the sustainable development of our portfolio.
